At Anagail Care Services, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to provide high-quality training, resources, and professional services to help you grow and succeed. This Refund & Returns Policy explains our procedures and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns across our digital and training programs.

1. 

Digital Products

This includes e-books, templates, manuals, guides, and other downloadable materials sold on AnagailCareServices.com or affiliated sites (such as AnagailCares.com).

  • All digital product sales are final.
    Due to the instant access nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered electronically.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your digital file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@anagailcareservices.com, and our team will ensure you receive your product properly.
  • If you accidentally purchase a duplicate item, contact us within 3 business days, and we’ll review the case for a possible credit toward another digital product.

2. 

Training Programs and Services

This includes all in-person or virtual courses, such as:

  • DOT Urine Specimen Collector Training
  • Phlebotomy Skills Workshops
  • CPR/BLS & Safety Courses
  • CLIA Waiver Business Training
  • Continuing Education Sessions

a. 

Registration and Payment

  • Registration fees secure your seat and are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Anagail Care Services.
  • Full payment is due by the registration deadline unless otherwise stated.

b. 

Cancellations by Participant

  • Cancellations received 7 or more days before the scheduled training may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future class (must be used within 90 days).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date or no-shows will not receive refunds or credits.

c. 

Cancellations by Anagail Care Services

  • If Anagail must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility closure, low enrollment), participants may:
    • Transfer to the next available session, or
    • Receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. 

Refund Requests for Services

Refund requests (for training or paid consulting) must be submitted in writing to billing@anagailcareservices.com within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after approval.

4. 

Merchandise or Physical Products

If you purchase physical items (e.g., uniforms, kits, or equipment) from Anagail:

  • Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued minus any shipping and handling fees once items are received and inspected.

5. 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads (e-books, forms, templates)
  • Completed or partially completed training sessions
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Administrative or processing fees
