COURSES & TRAINING REFUND POLICY

Anagail Care Services provides digital Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses and training programs designed for collectors, DNA technicians, mobile phlebotomists, fingerprint/I-9 verifiers, allied health professionals, caregivers, and entrepreneurs operating their own service-based businesses.

These courses are also intended for CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and frontline caregivers seeking CEUs to enhance their skills, meet employer or agency expectations, improve client care, or maintain professionalism in the caregiving field.

Because courses are delivered digitally with instant access, all purchases follow the strict guidelines below.


Course Source & Delivery

These courses have been curated by Anagail Care Services using Activated Insights content and are completed online through the Activated Insights Training Platform.

Caregivers and healthcare workers can access the courses 24/7 and complete training at their own pace within the assigned timeframe.


All Course Sales Are Final

All sales of individual courses, CEU bundles, caregiver training modules, and the Collector Mastery Package are final and non-refundable once any of the following occur:

  • Login credentials are issued
  • A course seat is activated
  • Access to the training platform is granted
  • Progress is started

This applies to both individual learners (such as CNAs, HHAs, collectors, and caregivers) and business owners purchasing on behalf of employees or contractors.


Responsibility to Purchase the Correct Course

Before purchasing, customers—including caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, allied health professionals, and collectors—are responsible for ensuring:

✔ They review the course description, topic list, and CEU type
✔ They select the courses/training appropriate for their job role or certification needs
✔ They verify the CEU credits are accepted by their employer, agency, registry, or contracting company
✔ They understand the difference between general caregiver CEUs and industry-specific training (drug testing, DNA collection, mobile phlebotomy, etc.)
✔ Entrepreneurs confirm the courses align with the services their business offers

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The wrong course is purchased
  • The CEU is not needed for an employer or licensing renewal
  • Your agency accepts a different CEU than expected
  • You later discover a different course is required
  • You did not consult our “Which Courses/CEUs Do You Need?” guide

Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs & Allied Health Professionals

Because CEUs for caregivers are provided digitally and grant immediate value through instant access:

  • Caregivers must verify their employer’s CEU acceptance guidelines
  • No refunds are given if CEUs are not accepted by your employer or state agency
  • No refunds are given if your job, schedule, or care assignment changes

Caregivers are strongly encouraged to review course titles carefully and contact support with questions before purchasing.


Entrepreneurs, Business Owners & Independent Collectors

If you operate a service-based business (drug testing, DNA/paternity, fingerprinting, mobile phlebotomy, concierge health, or mobile wellness), it is your responsibility to ensure:

✔ You purchase the correct training for your business
✔ The CEUs match your service offerings or compliance needs
✔ Courses meet the requirements of labs, contracting companies, or agencies
✔ You choose CEUs strategically based on the direction of your business

Refunds are not issued if:

  • You decide your business no longer needs the course
  • You misunderstood CEU needs for your industry
  • You expand or change services after purchasing
  • A contracting partner requires different CEUs
  • You purchased without reviewing our CEU guide

Refunds Only Allowed If Access Has NOT Been Issued

A refund may be considered only if ALL conditions below are met:

  • Login credentials have not been sent
  • A course seat has not been activated
  • No course progress has been started
  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

Once access is granted, the sale is fully non-refundable.


Course Exchanges (If Access Not Used)

If you purchased the wrong course and have not accessed the training, we may offer:

✔ Course-to-course exchange
✔ Bundle upgrade
✔ Course credit

Refunds are not available.


30-Day Access for Courses/CEU Training

Each individual course or CEU training program includes 30 days of access, except for designated bundles (such as the Master Bundle).

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Not completing the course on time
  • Forgetting to log in
  • Work schedule changes
  • Loss of interest
  • Device issues
  • No longer needing CEUs

Extensions may be available for a small fee.


Technical Issues Do Not Qualify for Refunds

If you experience login or platform issues, our team will assist you until resolved.
Technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds.


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, notify us within 48 hours.

We may issue a course credit or exchange, but not a refund, once access has been created.


Employer Acceptance

Refunds are not issued if:

  • Your employer or agency does not accept the CEU
  • Your employer requires a different CEU or topic
  • You changed employers after purchasing
  • Your state or agency does not require this training

Always verify with your employer before purchasing.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your experience, notify us within 48 hours.
Our team will assist you with platform support, course navigation, or provide course credit if appropriate.

This guarantee applies to service and support, not refunds once access is granted.
