Managers influence employees’ satisfaction at work, for better or worse. This program will help individual learners become a super manager—someone who everyone wants to work for.

Recognize and learn to balance the qualities of a super manager. Ensure that employees maintain focus, general job satisfaction, and motivation by creating a fun working environment. Display humility and confidence in the decisions made as a manager and show confidence in employees. Identify when and how to appropriately exercise mental flexibility. Demonstrate consistency in values, attitude, and behaviors. Develop self-awareness regarding managerial skills and display attentiveness to employees.
