Part 1: Online Course
Students receive access to AHA/Red Cross online coursework, which they can complete at their own pace. Upon completion, they must print a certificate for Part 2.
Part 2: Hands-On Skills Session
With our instructor, students practice and demonstrate CPR compressions, breathing, AED use, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. This session lasts 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the class and student experience. Certification is awarded after completing both parts.

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): BLS emphasizes mastering CPR techniques, encompassing chest compressions and rescue breaths. These skills are pivotal in reinstating blood circulation and oxygen supply to the brain and vital organs during cardiac arrest.

Certification Validity:
Upon successful completion of our BLS training program through AHA, Red Cross, or HSI, participants receive certifications that remain valid for two years.
