Who We Are
Anagail Care Services is a hybrid Patient Service Center (PSC) and community health training provider offering non-diagnostic wellness screenings, laboratory specimen collection, and education-focused health programs.
Our programs are facilitated by trained Community Health Workers, Healthy Heart Ambassadors, Lifestyle Coaches, and certified screening professionals, operating within a non-clinical scope. We support individuals, families, employers, and organizations by improving access to testing, prevention awareness, and workforce training — while encouraging clients to review results with their licensed healthcare providers.
What we Do
🧬 Wellness Screening & Laboratory Services
We operate both mobile and in-office Patient Service Centers (PSCs) to support access to wellness screenings and laboratory specimen collection.
Services listed below are limited to specimen collection and screening coordination only.
- Blood, urine, hair, and swab specimen collection
- Drug & alcohol testing (including DOT)
- DNA testing (immigration, legal, and personal)
- Gender reveal testing
- Breath alcohol and employment screenings
