We proudly offer tailored courses in BLS, CPR, First Aid, and AED training under the esteemed guidance of three premier organizations: the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (Red Cross), and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI).
Blended Learning Experience:
Part 1: Online Course
Students receive access to AHA/Red Cross online coursework, which they can complete at their own pace. Upon completion, they must print a certificate for Part 2.
Part 2: Hands-On Skills Session
With our instructor, students practice and demonstrate CPR compressions, breathing, AED use, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants. This session lasts 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the class and student experience. Certification is awarded after completing both parts.

In-person Skill Segment
After completing the online modules, schedule a convenient time to meet with one of our certified instructors. Here, you’ll showcase your newly acquired skills, ensuring you’re adept and confident in real-world scenarios.
Certification
Lastly, after successfully meeting all the course requirements, participants receive a First Aid Course Completion Card, which proves that the individual has been trained in these life-saving techniques and is valid for two years.
