Refund Policy – Consulting & Compliance Services

Anagail Care Services

This Refund Policy applies only to Compliance Reviews, consulting services, and professional support services provided by Anagail Care Services.
It does not apply to CEU courses, training programs, or digital education products.


Compliance Reviews & Consulting Services

All Compliance Reviews, Discovery Services, consulting engagements, and professional support services are non-refundable once services have begun.

Professional services involve time-sensitive preparation, document review, analysis, and reserved consulting availability. As such, fees are earned upon initiation of services.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Compliance Reviews that have been completed
  • Consulting services that have started in any form
  • Time spent reviewing intake forms, documentation, or agency materials
  • Missed, unattended, or late appointments
  • Services delayed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely client submissions
  • Client dissatisfaction with findings or recommendations

Anagail Care Services does not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or licensing decisions.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a Compliance Review appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.

  • One (1) reschedule is permitted at no additional charge
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee
  • Failure to provide required notice may result in forfeiture of the session

Limited Refund Consideration

A refund may be considered only if all of the following are true:

  • The request is submitted before any review or preparation begins
  • No documents or intake materials have been reviewed
  • No professional time has been allocated

Any refund approval is at the sole discretion of Anagail Care Services and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.


Training, CEUs & Educational Products

Training programs, CEU courses, and digital education products are governed by a separate refund policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Anagail Care Services directly regarding billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Suspension of access to deliverables
  • Permanent refusal of future services

Acknowledgment

By scheduling or purchasing Compliance Reviews or consulting services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
