Mobile & On-Site Testing Fees
Mobile fees apply when drug or alcohol testing is performed outside of our office location.
- Standard mobile service (up to 20 miles round trip): $69
- Extended mobile service: $99
- Additional mileage: $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles
All mobile and travel fees are disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
Laboratory Testing Fees (Not Included)
- Laboratory analysis and result reporting are billed separately by the testing laboratory
- Some laboratories may bill clients directly
- Anagail Care Services does not bill insurance or determine coverage
