Anagail Care Services provides professional drug and alcohol testing services for employers, organizations, and individuals. Services include specimen collection, screening support, and coordination with certified laboratories, in accordance with DOT and non-DOT program requirements.
Anagail Care Services does not perform laboratory analysis, Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, or result interpretation.
DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing
(Regulated Testing – Laboratory Based)
DOT testing is required for safety-sensitive positions and must follow federal regulations. All DOT drug testing is laboratory-based and rapid drug tests are not permitted.

Laboratory analysis and MRO services are billed separately by third-party providers.
Non-DOT Drug Testing
(Laboratory Based)
Non-DOT testing is used for non-regulated workplace programs, schools, courts, and personal testing needs. Testing is performed using approved collection methods and sent to certified laboratories for analysis.

Anagail Care Services offers rapid drug screening using CLIA-waived point-of-care devices for preliminary screening purposes only.

Rapid Drug Screening (Non-DOT): $75
Includes:
- Specimen collection
- Rapid screening device

Any non-negative (positive) result requires confirmatory laboratory testing, which may billed separately.
Breath Alcohol Testing
Anagail Care Services provides breath alcohol testing for non-DOT and DOT programs when applicable.

Breath Alcohol Test: $45–$65
Includes:
- On-site breath alcohol screening
- Immediate screening result
DOT alcohol testing is conducted according to applicable regulations when scheduled.
Mobile & On-Site Testing Fees
Mobile fees apply when drug or alcohol testing is performed outside of our office location.
- Standard mobile service (up to 20 miles round trip): $69
- Extended mobile service: $99
- Additional mileage: $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles
All mobile and travel fees are disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
