A wellness screening is a non-diagnostic health check designed to support awareness and prevention. Screenings may include blood pressure, blood glucose, A1C, cholesterol, BMI, and wellness education. We do not diagnose or treat.
Yes. We provide non-diagnostic screening and education that support awareness for common chronic conditions (such as diabetes, heart health, and blood pressure). Clients are encouraged to share results with their healthcare provider.
Yes. Women’s wellness screenings focus on preventive health awareness and may include blood pressure, blood glucose, A1C, cholesterol screening, BMI, and wellness education.
Yes. We offer senior wellness and healthy aging education, preventive screening support, and caregiver education in individual and group settings (senior centers, communities, faith-based programs, and events).
Yes. Mobile services are available for homes, workplaces, churches, senior centers, and community events. Mobile fees are disclosed before scheduling and may include standard or extended service fees plus additional mileage when applicable.
We perform select CLIA-waived screening tests on-site, including blood glucose, hemoglobin A1C, cholesterol screening (total/HDL/LDL/triglycerides), and urinalysis dipstick screening. These are non-diagnostic screening tests.
Yes. We offer basic CLIA-waived screening panels (grouped tests for convenience) such as diabetes awareness and heart health screening panels. These panels are for screening and educational purposes only.
No. CLIA-waived tests are screening tests for wellness awareness and do not replace medical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
Yes. Rapid drug screening is available for non-DOT purposes only and provides preliminary screening results. Any non-negative result requires confirmatory laboratory testing (billed separately).
Yes. DOT drug testing is laboratory-based and uses DOT-compliant urine collection. Rapid tests are not permitted for DOT. The $125 fee covers collection and documentation; lab and MRO fees are billed separately by third-party providers.
Yes. Non-DOT lab-based drug testing is available. The $125 fee covers collection and documentation. Laboratory testing and any confirmatory testing are billed separately by the laboratory.
Depending on program requirements, we support urine, oral fluid (saliva), hair, and nail collections, plus breath alcohol testing when applicable.
We provide DNA specimen collection and coordination only. All DNA analysis and results are handled by accredited laboratories. Our in-office DNA collection fee is $95 per participant (lab fees billed separately).
Yes—collection only, when requested by an authorized entity or laboratory. We do not provide immigration legal advice or services.
Yes. We provide professional specimen collection and administrative coordination for employers, clinics, labs, and agencies. Collection types and documentation follow program requirements.
Yes. Mobile and on-site collection services are available for organizations. Travel fees and any extended service fees are disclosed prior to scheduling.
Yes. We offer workforce training and professional development options including CPR/First Aid and CEU-related education (availability depends on the specific course and issuing body/partner). Check our Training page or contact us for the current schedule.
Some trainings are online, while others are in-person or hybrid depending on the course. Details are listed on each training page.
Common pricing includes: Rapid drug screening (non-DOT) $65; DOT drug test (lab-based urine collection) $125; Non-DOT lab-based drug test $125. Mobile service fees apply for off-site services (standard $69 up to 20 miles; extended $99; additional mileage may apply). Lab fees are billed separately by the testing laboratory when applicable.
Anagail Care Services does not bill insurance. Some partner laboratories may bill insurance directly for laboratory testing. Coverage is determined by the laboratory.
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Mobile and on-site services require scheduling and upfront disclosure of any applicable travel fees.
