Anagail Care Services is a CLIA-waived provider and offers select in-house laboratory screening tests performed using CLIA-waived devices. These tests support wellness monitoring and health awareness.
Testing performed under our CLIA waiver is non-diagnostic and does not replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
CLIA-Waived Wellness Screenings

Anagail Care Services offers a range of CLIA-waived screening tests designed to support wellness awareness, prevention, and health education. These screenings provide immediate results for informational use only and do not replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
Available CLIA-Waived Screenings Include:
- Blood glucose screening
- Hemoglobin A1C screening
- Cholesterol screening
- Total cholesterol
- HDL
- LDL
- Triglycerides
- Urine & Other Waived Screenings (when ordered/appropriate)
Important: These screenings are not diagnostic. Results are provided for health awareness and educational purposes only.

Panels are offered for screening and educational purposes only.
When Additional Testing Is Needed
Some laboratory tests fall outside the scope of CLIA-waived testing. When needed, Anagail Care Services may provide specimen collection and coordination with certified laboratories for non-waived testing.
Laboratory analysis and result interpretation are performed by the testing laboratory.
