Anagail Care Services provides mobile wellness screening and mobile specimen collection services for individuals, families, employers, and community organizations.
Our mobile services are designed to bring convenience and accessibility while maintaining clear boundaries around scope. We provide screening, specimen collection, documentation, and coordination only — not medical diagnosis, treatment, or laboratory analysis.
Mobile Wellness Screening Services (Non-Diagnostic)
Mobile wellness screenings are informational health checks intended to support awareness and prevention.
Services may include:
- Blood pressure
- Pulse
- Temperature
- Oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
- Height, weight, and BMI
- Waist circumference (when applicable)
- Wellness observations (recorded only)
These screenings do not include diagnosis, treatment, or medical interpretation. Results are documented and shared with the client for awareness and educational purposes only. No medical interpretation is provided.

Mobile Lab & Specimen Collection Services
Anagail Care Services also provides mobile specimen collection services for laboratory testing ordered through authorized providers or platforms.
Mobile lab services may include:
- Blood draws (venipuncture)
- Urine specimen collection
- Oral fluid (saliva) collection
- Hair follicle collection
- Drug and alcohol specimen collections (DOT and non-DOT)
- DNA and relationship testing specimen collection
All specimens are collected following required protocols and transferred securely to the designated laboratory.

Laboratory testing, confirmation, and result interpretation are handled by certified laboratories and licensed providers when applicable.

Mobile Service Fees & Travel Policy
To ensure transparency, mobile services are priced based on travel, collection services, and testing coordination, which are billed separately.
Mobile Service Fee
A mobile service fee applies when services are delivered outside of our office.
- $69 mobile service fee
Includes travel up to 20 miles round trip from our base location. - $99 extended mobile service fee
Additional Travel (Beyond 20 Miles)
If the service location exceeds the included mileage:
- $1.00 per additional mile (round trip) beyond the first 20 miles
or - An extended mobile service fee may apply for longer distances, after-hours appointments, or complex scheduling needs.
Any additional travel fees will be disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
Extended Mobile Service Fee
An extended mobile service fee may apply for appointments that require travel beyond our standard service area, occur outside regular business hours, or involve additional time or logistical coordination.
Any applicable extended service fees will be disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
Specimen Collection (Draw) Fee
When specimen collection is performed during a mobile visit, a separate collection (draw) fee applies. This fee does not include laboratory testing or analysis.
This fee covers:
- Professional specimen collection
- Supplies and handling
- Documentation and chain-of-custody (when required)
- Collection fees are not included in the mobile service fee.
Example:
A mobile blood draw within 20 miles includes the $69 mobile service fee plus the blood draw fee. Laboratory testing fees are billed separately by the lab.
Laboratory Testing Fees (Not Included)
Laboratory testing, analysis, and result interpretation are not provided by Anagail Care Services.
- Lab testing fees are billed separately by the testing laboratory or ordering entity
- Some laboratories may bill insurance directly, depending on their policies
- Anagail Care Services does not determine insurance coverage or benefits

- Mobile fee: $69 (local) / $99 (extended)
- Blood draw: $55
- Urine / Saliva: $45

What Mobile Services Do Not Include
To maintain clarity and compliance, mobile services do not include:
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Home care or personal care services
- Clinical assessments
- Interpretation of laboratory results
Clients are encouraged to consult licensed healthcare providers for medical care and clinical guidance.
