Professional Collection & Administrative Coordination
Anagail Care Services provides professional specimen collection and administrative coordination services for employers, clinics, laboratories, agencies, and partner organizations. Services support workplace programs, provider-ordered testing, and third-party laboratory testing requirements.
Anagail Care Services provides collection and coordination only. All laboratory testing, analysis, and result interpretation are performed by certified laboratories and licensed professionals.
🧪 Drug & Alcohol Specimen Collection
We provide professional collection services for:
- DOT drug testing collections (49 CFR Part 40 compliant)
- Non-DOT drug testing collections
- Urine specimen collection
- Oral fluid (saliva) collection
- Hair follicle specimen collection
- Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) – screening only
Rapid drug screening tests provide presumptive results only.
Any non-negative screening result may be forwarded to a certified laboratory for confirmatory testing.
Confirmatory testing and result interpretation are performed by the laboratory and/or Medical Review Officer (MRO) when applicable.
🧬 DNA & Relationship Testing Collections
Anagail Care Services provides specimen collection support for:
- Legal and non-legal DNA testing
- Paternity and relationship testing
- Immigration-related DNA collections (where applicable)
Collection services include:
- Identity verification
- Consent documentation
- Secure specimen handling
- Transfer to the designated laboratory
Laboratory analysis and reporting are performed by the testing laboratory.
🧫 Non-Diagnostic Lab Collection Support
We support specimen collection for laboratory testing ordered through partner platforms and providers, including services facilitated through partner laboratories.
These services may include:
- At-home lab kit collections
- Mobile specimen collection
- In-office specimen collection
- Packaging and shipment coordination
Laboratory fees and provider services are separate from Anagail Care Services’ collection fees.

Mobile & On-Site Service Fees
Mobile fees apply when collection services are performed outside of our office location.
- Standard mobile service (up to 20 miles round trip): $69
- Extended mobile service: $99
- Additional mileage: $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles
Extended mobile fees may apply for:
- Large-volume collections
- After-hours services
- Multi-site or multi-day collections
- Additional staffing or coordination needs
All mobile and travel fees are disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
Contract & Volume Pricing
Organizations requiring:
- Ongoing collection services
- High-volume testing
- Multiple locations
May qualify for custom contract or volume pricing. Written service agreements are required.
How the Process Works
- Organization requests collection services
- Scope, specimen types, and scheduling are confirmed
- Specimens are collected following required procedures
- Documentation is completed accurately
- Specimens are transferred to the designated laboratory
