- Operational and administrative support
- Licensing readiness and regulatory support
C. Professional Training & Educational Services
- Live training programs (e.g., Phlebotomy, DOT Collector, CPR/BLS)
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
- Digital educational products (e-books, manuals, templates, toolkits)
Each category of service may have its own additional agreements, guidelines, or policies, which are part of these Terms by reference.
3. Payments and Billing
- All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or purchase unless otherwise specified.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment processors.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely; Anagail Care Services does not store or have access to your payment card details.
- Late or partial payments may delay access to services or course enrollment.

B. Training, CEUs & Digital Educational Products

By enrolling in training programs or purchasing CEUs or educational materials, you agree to the terms and conditions of the CEU Refund Policy in addition to these Terms.

Completion of a training course does not guarantee employment, licensure, or certification acceptance by any licensing board, employer, or third party.
Certificates issued by Anagail Care Services verify participation and completion only and are not equivalent to professional licensure or state certification.

Anagail Care Services provides education, professional consulting, and informational resources. We are not responsible for:
