Non-diagnostic wellness screenings and health education
Anagail Care Services provides non-diagnostic wellness screenings and health education designed to support prevention, early awareness, and informed follow-up with healthcare providers. Services are available in-office, in-home, mobile, and at community, workplace, and faith-based events.
Certain wellness services may require specimen collection (such as blood, urine, or saliva) to support laboratory testing coordinated with certified laboratories. Anagail Care Services does not perform laboratory analysis or provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Wellness Services Offered
Group or event-based screenings such as:
- Blood pressure screening
- Blood glucose screening
- A1C screening
- Oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
- Temperature Check
- Cholesterol screening (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides)
- BMI (height and weight)
- Waist circumference (when applicable)
- Wellness education and results review (educational only)
- Mobile and on-site wellness services
- Specimen collection support when blood work or other samples are required
Results are recorded and shared without interpretation.
Chronic Condition Screening & Education
Our chronic condition screening services support individuals who are monitoring or at risk for common long-term health conditions. Screenings are paired with education and referral guidance to encourage appropriate medical follow-up.
Focus Areas Include:
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Blood glucose and A1C screening
- Cholesterol screening
- BMI and weight monitoring
These screenings help support awareness related to:
- Diabetes
- Heart health
- Kidney health
- High blood pressure
Results are reviewed for educational purposes only. Clients are encouraged to share results with their healthcare provider.
Women’s Wellness Screening
Women’s wellness screenings focus on preventive health awareness across the lifespan. Services are designed to support routine wellness monitoring and education in a comfortable, respectful environment.
Screening & Education May Include:
- Blood pressure screening
- Blood glucose and A1C screening
- Cholesterol screening
- BMI and wellness education
Women’s wellness services are offered:
- In-office
- Through mobile appointments
- At community and group wellness events
Senior Wellness & Healthy Aging
Senior wellness services are designed to support healthy aging, independence, and quality of life through regular wellness screenings and education.
Services Focus On:
- Preventive wellness screening
- Chronic condition awareness
- Fall-risk and lifestyle education
- Caregiver education and support
Programs may be provided individually or in group settings, including senior centers, assisted living communities, and faith-based organizations.
Mobile Service Fees & Travel Policy
To ensure transparency, mobile services are priced based on travel, collection services, and testing coordination, which are billed separately.
Mobile Service Fee
A mobile service fee applies when services are delivered outside of our office location.
- $69 mobile service fee
Includes travel up to 20 miles round trip from our base location. - $99 extended mobile service fee
May apply for longer distances, after-hours appointments, or complex scheduling needs.
Additional Travel (Beyond 20 Miles)
- If the service location exceeds the included mileage:
- $1.00 per additional mile (round trip) beyond the first 20 miles
OR - An extended mobile service fee may apply for longer distances or special scheduling needs.
Any additional travel fees will be disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
Extended Mobile Service Fee
An extended mobile service fee may apply when appointments:
- Are outside the standard service area
- Occur outside regular business hours
- Require additional time or logistical coordination
All extended service fees are communicated and approved before the appointment is confirmed.
Specimen Collection (Draw) Fees
When specimen collection is performed during a mobile visit, a separate collection (draw) fee applies. Collection fees are not included in the mobile service fee.
This fee covers:
- Professional specimen collection
- Supplies and handling
- Required documentation and chain-of-custody (when applicable)
Collection Fee Schedule
- Mobile blood draw: $55
- Urine or saliva collection: $45
- Hair follicle collection: $95
Example:
A mobile blood draw within 20 miles includes the $69 mobile service fee + $55 blood draw fee. Laboratory testing fees are billed separately by the laboratory.
Laboratory Testing Fees (Not Included)
- Laboratory testing, analysis, and result interpretation are not provided by Anagail Care Services
- Lab testing fees are billed separately by the testing laboratory or ordering entity
- Some laboratories may bill insurance directly, depending on their policies
- Anagail Care Services does not determine insurance coverage or benefits
